The 3 bills:

1. SB.2 (Peace Officers & Certification) allows for police officers to be decertified in instances of serious misconduct. 
2. SB.16 (Peace Officers & Records) ensures that officers with a history of misconduct can't just quit their jobs, keep their records secret, and find employment in another CA jurisdiction.
3. AB.26 (Peace Officers & Use of Force) establishes clear guidelines for police responsibility and accountability when witnessing excessive force by another member of law enforcement.
